Guided tours

Every day there is the possibility to join a guided tour. Walk past all the statues accompanied by a guide, and be enchanted by the stories behind the art works. From Monday to Thursday we start at 6.30 pm from the information point at De Lind (at the town hall), from Friday to Sunday at 2 pm and 6.30 pm. Participation is free, you can register via info@artinoisterwijk.com.

The kiosk concert takes place every Sunday on the Lindeveld. All other music, theater and dance activities take place on the Lind, the Lindeplein and the Lindeveld.

Treasure hunt for childeren

A free treasure hunt especially for all children is available at the Infopunt. This way children can get acquainted with art in a playful way.

ART PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY

The Covid pandemic has had a great impact on many (lonely) elderly people in particular. That is why Art in Oisterwijk makes an extra effort to involve this group of people. We have developed two separate initiatives. AiO wants to help older people who are not used to going to an exhibition in groups. We provide a warm welcome and introduction to other elderly people. In a workshop, the AIO guides create a lot of interaction around the artworks in a playful way.
AiO also wants to give people with a diagnosis of dementia (+ their carers and supervisors) the opportunity to experience the art up close, in a way that suits them. Special moments have also been programmed for this, for which you can register in advance. The name of this sub-program for the elderly is very appropriate: ‘TALK TO ME’.
